Sales & Reservation Co-ordinator


Join a passionate, close-knit team as a Sales & Reservations Coordinator where your customer service skills and organisational flair will make a real impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales office, helping customers plan unforgettable travel experiences. Full-Time | Monday–Friday (09:00–17:00 / 10:00–18:00 on a rota) Remote weekend sales cover: 3–4 hours/month (paid) 20 days holiday (increasing with service) Sales and Reservations Coordinator duties:  Manage incoming sales leads (via web, email & phone), aiming to maximise bookings and revenue. Respond to pre-travel client queries and compile accurate travel documentation. Support our in-house reservations system: product loading, pricing updates, itinerary & inventory maintenance. Handle customer queries before and after travel in a professional, empathetic manner. Assist with admin tasks and support other departments when needed. Collaborate closely with the Sales & Reservations Manager and team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal applicant will have experience in a customer centric position  Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook & Power-Point Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills. Excellent written English skills essential. Good work-load management with a keen eye for detail, flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks.
