We are looking to employ a Working Foreman (Joiner) with immediate start date.

Will consider employed or CIS.
Day to day supervision and running of projects, ensuring the programme is adhered to and tasks carried out efficiently. Ordering of materials, liaising with subcontractors / arranging works.
Responsible for the general running of the project with the support and guidance from the projects supervisor, contracts manager and back end office team.
Responsible for documenting progression on site via project software, daily updates to the management team.
Split time between management and productivity (joiner works) on site.
General works to be completed if no specific foreman duties to carry out
Continue communication with site team to ensure smooth progression of project

We work in high-end residential properties completing a wide range of building, extensions and renovation projects, presentation and professionalism is key.

Polite and professional
IT literate (within reason, we use WhatsApp / project software on phones/iPads)
Clean driving licence
Experience in foreman positions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: GBP14.50-GBP22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Monday to Friday
