The Role:

Manage wayleaves and consents for a range of utilities and infrastructure schemes
Act as a key contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Handle negotiations, land referencing, and site access agreements
Oversee junior team members and help drive project success

About You:

Strong experience in wayleaves, land rights, or utility consents
