Business Development Manager – Kitchen Showrooms (South West / South London) Location: South West England Salary: £26,000 basic + car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE £50K–£100K+) Company Overview We are partnering with one of the most recognised and fast-growing names in the stone worktop fabrication sector, supplying bespoke solutions into the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom) market. The Role This is a new business and account management sales role focused on kitchen showrooms and kitchen designers. You'll be building strong relationships, securing new accounts, and nurturing existing ones.  Responsibilities Cover the South West patch, ideally based from South London to Guildford/Reading Conduct 4–5 face-to-face visits per day, Monday to Thursday Work with kitchen companies and independent kitchen designers – this is not contractor sales Manage and grow a mix of active, dormant and new accounts Send out 80–100 targeted emails per week and maintain strong follow-up discipline Represent the company at occasional trade events and exhibitions What We’re Looking For Hungry, coachable, motivated – this is ideal for someone early in their sales career or stepping into their first field-based role Must be able to drive and have a full UK driving licence Ideally some sales or customer-facing experience, but attitude is more important than background Comfortable with target-driven activity and fast-paced environments Able to manage their diary independently and plan efficient routes Training & Support Full product and sales training provided Onboarding with your line manager (who previously held this role and grew significantly in it) Join a tight-knit, energetic sales team in a high-growth business Package £26,000 basic salary Car allowance + mileage Uncapped commission – realistic earnings £50K–£100K+ per year Structured progression opportunities (several team members earning £90K–£120K) Team incentives and performance rewards Apply now if you're ready to break into a booming industry with one of the market leaders.  We’re looking for bright, driven individuals ready to earn big and grow fast
