Site Manager – Internals | 8-Week Contract | Chertsey  Location: Chertsey Duration: 8 Weeks Start: ASAP Rate: Competitive (DOE) Type: Freelance/Contract We’re looking for a Site Manager to take control of internal works on a low-rise apartment scheme in Chertsey. The job runs for approximately 8 weeks, focusing solely on internals in a live hospital environment. We need someone who can drive the site and maintain high energy and standards throughout. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site activities for the internal fit-out Coordinate subcontractors and ensure progress is maintained Uphold safety and compliance standards on a live healthcare site Monitor quality and ensure work is delivered to spec and on time Liaise with the Project Manager on progress and issues Requirements: Experience managing internal packages, ideally in healthcare or similar environments SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Able to maintain pace, solve problems quickly, and push the job forward
