Now, we're looking for a seasoned customs professional to take the lead in Southampton - someone who's ready to grow a team, shape operations, and develop a client base with full support from a global network.

Your Mission:

• Launch and develop a new customs branch in Southampton

• Bring your deep knowledge of port operations , import/export procedures, and local logistics to the forefront

• Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management

• Build and lead your own team, with the autonomy to shape branch culture and performance

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in customs, with hands-on experience in the Southampton port zone

• A strong commercial mindset and proven ability to acquire and retain clients

• Self-motivation and independence - you're comfortable building from the ground up
