Senior Customer Service Administrator


Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join a friendly, well-established contact centre team. Reporting to the Team Manager, the Senior Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Act as first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and e-mails, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information to customers and resolving any issues they may have
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Customer Services Administrator will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Life Assurance, ideally within a Call Centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Good Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels
