Press Brake Operative

A well-established precision engineering company in Birmingham is looking to add a skilled Press Brake Operator to their growing team. What to Expect

As part of the fabrication department, you'll be working on a range of metal components using CNC press brake machinery.
Key responsibilities include:

• Operating CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal
• Setting up and adjusting tooling on Amada HFE 100-3 Press Brake Folders
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Performing quality checks to ensure parts meet specification
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We Need From You

• Previous experience operating press brake machines, ideally Amada (HFE 100-3 knowledge is a strong advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible and proactive attitude to work

• Starting hourly rate of 15 an hour.
• Working hrs: 7:30 am - 3:30 ish with 30 mins for lunch
