An exciting opportunity for an Electrical bias Engineer to join the UKs leading building services providers on a prestigious contract in the City of London. This position will provide a Shift Lead Engineer to be part of a large team of technical engineers on a critical site. The Shift Leader will be expected to work on a continental shift pattern working days and nights.
The Electrical bias Engineer will need to have lead experience as well as also having a solid career history within the Building services sector.

Duties:
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Attending client meetings
Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
Permits to work
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling / heating systems covering CRAC units.
Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions
Requirements:
City & Guilds Electrical Installations Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent qualification
Hold HVAP or be willing to be put through the training
Critical site experience preferable (Data Centre or Banking Sites)
