Salary: GBP28,385 GBP41,782 per annum Plus eligibility for levelling up fund (up to GBP6000 tax free bonus for new teachers)

Are you a qualified plumber with a passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation? An Ofsted-rated Good Further Education College in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Plumbing Lecturer to deliver high-quality training to students up to Level 3.

About the Role
You will plan and deliver engaging vocational workshops and theory sessions in plumbing covering pipework, bathroom installations, repair work, and Health & Safety while nurturing students' technical and professional skills. As a key member of the team, you'll assess learners' work, track progress, and support them through to qualifications and beyond.

• A Full-time, permanent position paying GBP28,385 GBP41,782 per annum
• New teachers are also eligible for the FE Levelling up fund of GBP6000 tax-free in your first two years teaching

Who Are We Looking For?

• Level 3 Plumbing qualification with a strong industry background
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices or students would be a huge advantage
• Commitment to working towards Teaching Qualification
• Happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check including Child Barred list prior to commencing employment.
