They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include providing contractual advice, managing day-to-day contract and commercial aspects, cost planning, contract audits, and overseeing commercial matters in meetings.

Main Responsibilities:

- Offer contractual advice and ensure understanding of contractual conditions

- Manage contract and commercial aspects daily

- Conduct cost planning and budget estimating

- Lead contract audits for compliance

- Mentor and support junior team members

- Review and respond to contractual matters

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

- Experience with NEC and JCT forms of contract

- Pursuing or holding a BSc.(H) in relevant field

- Inclination towards professional body membership

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

- CSCS card required
