We're Hiring: ABA Tutor - Hammersmith & Fulham 📍 Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, West London 🕒 Hours: Full-time or part-time (term-time or year-round) 💷 Salary: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience) 📅 Start Date: [Insert preferred date or "ASAP"] 🌟 About the Role We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic ABA Tutor to support children and young people with autism and additional needs in Hammersmith & Fulham. Working in school or home settings, you will implement structured ABA programmes tailored to each child's individual goals-supporting their communication, social skills, independence, and behaviour. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions based on personalised behavioural intervention plans Support communication development using evidence-based techniques (e.g., PECS, Makaton) Collect and track behavioural data during each session Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and families Participate in regular training and supervision ✅ What We're Looking For A genuine interest in working with children with autism or learning differences Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills Ability to follow structured teaching plans and behavioural strategies Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude Desirable: Experience with ABA, SEN, or early intervention; knowledge of PECS, Makaton, or AAC; psychology or education background 🎁 What We Offer Competitive daily rate (£90-£110) Comprehensive ABA training and development Supportive working environment with regular supervision Flexible hours and locations across the Hammersmith & Fulham borough Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's life Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
