Role: Level 3 Practitioner Nursery

Location: Harlow

Pay Rate: GBP13.68 GBP15.23 per hour

Start Date: September 2025

Nurture Early Development as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.

GSL Education is currently seeking qualified and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join welcoming early years settings in Harlow . This role is a great opportunity to support young children s growth and learning during their most important developmental stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance children s learning and development in line with EYFS framework

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Carry out observations, assessments, and contribute to planning

• Ensure all safeguarding, health, and hygiene standards are met consistently

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• A warm, engaging, and child-centred approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
