SEN Learning Support Assistant

Location: Camberley Contract: 33 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only (43.6 weeks per year). Hours: 8:40 am – 3:15 pm (including a 30-minute lunch break) Long term LSA positions, now interviewing for a September start! What You’ll Be Doing: One-to-One & Group Support: Tailor your approach to meet each student’s unique needs. Individualised Learning: Help implement personalised learning plans across a range of SEN. Classroom Support: Create an inclusive, engaging space where every child can thrive. Track Progress: Monitor student development and share insights with teaching staff. Positive Influence: Build confidence and motivation through encouragement and empathy. What We’re Looking For: - A passion for supporting young people with additional needs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Empathy, patience, and adaptability in every situation. - Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal). - Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
