Cable Assembler

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking experienced Solderers and Cable Assemblers to join their collaborative team in Waterlooville and Portsmouth. This Temp to Perm role involves supporting electronic assembly operations, making it ideal for individuals with excellent soldering skills and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Conducting SMT & PTH soldering, including rework Performing cable and electro-mechanical assembly Reading BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering drawings Ensuring all work meets quality standards Job Requirements: Experience to IPC 610 standards Skilled in fine-pitch soldering under a microscope Strong component knowledge and documentation skills Inspection experience is a plus What We're Looking For: A proactive, detail-oriented team player Someone who works well independently and within a team A commitment to quality and continuous improvement If you are an experienced Solderer or Cable Assembler looking to advance your career in a supportive, fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply now.
