Facade Estimator

The Solution Group are looking for Facade Estimators for an immediate start, for an ever growing, established, ambitious Facade Contractor. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 About the Role: We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator or Junior Estimator to join a well-established and growing company based in Essex. This is a brand-new position within the team, created due to internal promotions and team expansion. Reporting directly to the Managing Estimator, you will join a collaborative, friendly, and supportive work environment with clear progression paths. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing detailed cost estimates for façade-related projects. * Collaborating with team members to deliver accurate, competitive, and profitable proposals. * Using in-house systems for project estimates (training will be provided). * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary project details. Key Requirements: * Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience (in facades). * Experience in Cladding, and SFS is non negotiable. * Sociable and team-oriented personality with a passion for teamwork both in and out of work. * Willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s bespoke systems. * Based locally, as the role is fully office-based.
