Accounts Assistant - Accountancy and Tax Practice Our client, a well-established and client-focused accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit and long-standing team. With a strong emphasis on building and maintaining trusted relationships, this firm prides itself on its personable approach and the longevity of its staff, many of whom have been with the business for over a decade. The successful Accounts Assistant will play a key role in supporting a portfolio of small, owner-managed limited companies. You will be confident in preparing VAT returns from prime records, producing accounts to at least trial balance level, and undertaking some related tax compliance work. Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner are essential, as developing rapport with clients in the firm's signature style is a key part of the role.
