Michael Page are working exclusively with a well-established client on Anglesey who is seeking a confident, commercially astute Management Accountant to join their onsite finance team. This is a fantastic chance to step into a pivotal role where you'll work closely with the Financial Controller, providing key support to the wider business. You will play a key part in driving performance through clear, insightful reporting and analysis, supporting decision-making at both a strategic and operational level. Description The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include: Producing a full set of accounts with commentary Delivering weekly and monthly financial reporting Business partnering with site managers to influence and improve performance Driving process improvements and cost analysis Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle Analysing KPIs and providing proactive insightsProfile The successful Management Accountant will have: We're looking for someone who's ready to take ownership and influence outcomes. Ideally, you will have: CIMA/ACCA part qualified At least 2 years' experience in a senior finance role Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems Solid understanding of standard and product costing A proven track record in improving processes and delivering results Confidence in business partnering and communicating financial insights to non-finance teamsJob Offer What's in it for You?
