Central London (Near Liverpool Street Station) | 🌐 Global FM Leader | 🔄 12-Hour Continental Shifts (Days & Nights) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a high-performing facilities management team at one of London’s most prestigious commercial buildings, just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. Your Role: * Deliver both planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across a landmark commercial site * Maintain and troubleshoot systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, small power, and UPS * Monitor and control building performance via the BMS (Building Management System) * Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and efficiently * Collaborate with mechanical engineers and external contractors to ensure smooth operations * Uphold strict compliance and safety standards at all times What You’ll Need: * NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential) * Solid experience working within commercial or critical environments * Proficiency in fault finding, testing, and electrical repairs * A strong communicator with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach What’s On Offer: * Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 * Shift Pattern: Continental shifts (4 on, 4 off – 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights) * Overtime: Ample availability at enhanced rates * Training & Development: Ongoing technical training and clear progression pathways * Location: Prime commercial building in Central London, close to Liverpool Street Station * Career Prospects: Join a global FM provider with opportunities to grow within the organisation Step into a career-defining role at one of the City’s most prominent commercial sites.
