Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 + Van + Benefits

Are you an experienced AC Engineer looking for a new challenge with a leading FM service provider?

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established facilities management company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of commercial properties, providing planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and minor installations of air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• As an AC engineer you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC systems, including split units, multi-splits, VRVs, and VRFs.
• You will diagnose and repair faults efficiently and professionally.
• As an AC engineer you will undertake minor installation works as required.
• As an AC engineer you must ensure you complete all relevant documentation and reports.
• You will work across a portfolio of commercial sites, including offices, retail spaces, and other client premises.

What We're Looking For:

• You must have proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and servicing
• As an AC engineer you will hold F-Gas Category 1 qualification
• You will knowledge and experience working with VRV/VRF systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
