Business Development / Account Manager Clapham, London |  £28,000–£35,000 + Bonus |  Full-time | Permanent Hyperion is supporting a fast-growing property services business in their search for a confident and driven Business Development / Account Manager to join their expanding team in Clapham. This is a great opportunity to join a company that delivers a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment services to clients across London. The Role This is a dual-focused role combining sales growth with client account management. You’ll take the lead on nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for existing clients Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service reviews Negotiate and close sales deals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management Respond to client queries and manage expectations effectively Support general administrative duties and help improve internal processes What We’re Looking For Previous experience in business development or account management Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Confident, self-motivated, and proactive in approach Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the property services or maintenance sector is beneficial Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Based in London (essential) Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role What’s On Offer £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary + performance-based bonus Bright, modern offices in the heart of Clapham (2 mins from Clapham North) Supportive, team-focused environment with genuine career progression A comprehensive induction programme and ongoing development Fun, inclusive culture with regular company events Interested?
