Lead QA AnalystWe are working with a leading financial services Institution who are looking to hire a Lead QA Analyst to join their team.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and refine a robust QA framework that meets FCA regulations (CONC, SYSC, PRIN) while aligning with internal policies.
Ensure that QA processes uphold FCA standards, focusing on transparency, customer vulnerability, and fair treatment.
Build and lead a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and regulatory excellence.
Analyse QA results, identify trends and root causes, and share actionable insights with senior leadership.
Work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Training teams to integrate QA insights into everyday business processes and customer journeys.
Challenge the status quo and use your expertise to influence operational improvements that enhance customer outcomes.
Support audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring QA processes and findings are transparent and effective.
About you:
Experience within in QA or compliance roles within FCA-regulated financial services or debt management firms.
A strong grasp of FCA rules (CONC, SYSC, DISP, and the Consumer Duty) and their practical application.
Proven ability to develop QA frameworks and lead teams effectively.
Exceptional ability to analyse data, communicate insights, and manage stakeholders.
A passion for improving customer outcomes, especially for vulnerable customers.
A proactive, inquisitive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive positive change.
