Rate: GBP19.43 per hour (Long-Term Role)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a CPCS / NPORS Plant Marshal to join our team on a large-scale new build housing development . This project is set to run for 2 years , offering excellent continuity of work and the opportunity to gain solid experience on a well-organised and professionally managed site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely guide and assist the movement of plant and vehicles on and off the site

• Support the safe coordination of deliveries and vehicle transitions around the site

• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times

• Work alongside site management to maintain a controlled traffic environment

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Plant Marshal qualification

• A reasonable understanding of traffic and plant marshalling duties

• Previous experience on construction or housing development projects preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
