Contracts Manager


About the Client

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, site managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the sales team to review system designs, quotations, and project scope
  • Attend pre-installation meetings, confirm specifications, and resolve site readiness issues
  • Oversee installation activities, ensuring adherence to method statements and risk assessments
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely material and service delivery
  • Monitor project progress through site visits, addressing issues or complaints proactively
  • Deliver system operation demonstrations to clients and manage smooth handovers
  • Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site, including risk assessments and incident reporting
  • Supervise and mentor installation teams, contributing to recruitment and training
  • Coordinate vehicle checks and material logistics to maintain efficient project delivery
  • Liaise with internal departments to support cost control, invoicing, and project administration


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in contracts or project management within the construction or building services sector
  • Strong knowledge of underfloor heating systems (both electric and wet)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Confident in interpreting technical documents and conducting site assessments
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
