Electrical Installations Lecturer

Do you have a passion for electrical installation and the drive to share your expertise with the next generation? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join a thriving and ambitious education team.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach learners across a range of programmes, from Level 1 to Level 3, including apprenticeships. You'll help shape their futures through hands-on delivery, dynamic classroom teaching, and robust assessment practices.

You'll be responsible for:

• Teaching on a range of electrical installation courses and apprenticeships

• Delivering theory and practical sessions that motivate and engage learners

• Designing schemes of work and creating resources aligned with curriculum intent

• Supporting learners with personalised feedback and guidance

• Supervising workshop activity and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols

You'll also contribute to:

• Curriculum development and innovation

• Quality assurance and assessment processes

• Pastoral care and learner support

• Employer engagement and work placements (as applicable)

What we're looking for:

• A recognised qualification in Electrical Installation (Level 3 or higher)

• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one

• Industry experience in the electrical field

• Knowledge of current standards, including wiring regulations

• A commitment to inclusive teaching, strong organisation, and digital innovation
