Salary: GBP14.80 p/h plus holiday pay GBP1.79 per hour
Contract: 3 months Temporary to Permanent
Shifts: Panama Shift Pattern

This well-established company in Birmingham is seeking multiple Production Operatives due to increased business demand. They are looking for motivated and reliable individuals who are eager to learn. The Production Operative will be responsible for the following

• Operating a wide range of production machinery and heavy machinery.
• General Production Operative duties.
• Upholding health and safety practices
• Labouring and Cleaning across the site

The Production Operative must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:

• Have a good understanding of safety.
• Machine Operative experience in a busy manufacturing plant
• Be reliable and a good communicator.
• Desire and ability to learn.
• High work ethic.
• Have a desire to progress within the company.
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
