An established family run business with over 50 years of expertise in quality building, renovation, and landscaping services are currently expanding their team.

This organisation is enjoying considerable growth in the refurbishment sector and currently seeking a Roofer on a temporary to permanent basis.

Projects undertaken are mainly property refurbishments that includes:

• Full property refurbishment
• Painting & Decorating
• Plastering & Rendering
• Kitchen & Bathrooms
• Carpentry & Joinery
• Tiling & Flooring
• General Building & Maintenance
• Brickwork and Repointing
• Gardening & Grounds Maintenance

Candidate profile:

• Roof experience in flat and pitched roofs, slate tiling, natural stone, lead etc
• Flexible and hard working
• Willing to travel
• Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport

Details, Salary and benefits:

Usual site hours Monday to Friday are 8am-4.30pm

GBP40,000 per annum depending on experience

Overtime - any hours after standard 40 hour week is paid at time and a half

Weekends paid time and a half

Holiday pay

Van and Fuel card provided after successful trial period

Bonus scheme

Temporary start trial period agreed and if successful will lead to a permanent placement
