LEAD Developer - Laravel High-Growth SaaS Hybrid (London)

THIS IS A LEAD Developer Role

Join a profitable, fast-growing SaaS company going through a major tech transformation. After 15+ years of success, they're rebuilding core platforms from the ground up - modernising everything and scaling globally.

You'll work in a tight-knit dev team , directly shaping products used by thousands. Expect fast releases, ownership of features, and the chance to genuinely influence direction.

Projects You'll Work On:

• Rebuilding legacy systems using Laravel & Vue.js
• Driving adoption of the full TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire)
• Building new customer-facing tools, portals, and automation features
• Improving performance and scalability across high-traffic systems
• Supporting a long-term product roadmap across multiple business units

The Stack:

• PHP (Laravel)
• Tailwind, Alpine.js, Livewire
• Vue 2 & 3
• Agile / CI / TDD mindset

The Setup:

• Hybrid - 3 days in-office for collaboration and 2 days from home (more flex offered)
• 3-stage interview process and super quick turnaround
