Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class 2 drivers to join our client. The ideal candidates will be driving to various locations in and around Lymington Spa. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes effectively. As a Class 2 driver you will be required at times to help load and unload the refuse bins. .

Responsibilities

• Operate lorries safely and efficiently, adhering to all road regulations and company policies.
• Load and unload refuse bins.
• Plan routes effectively to optimise scheduled routes while considering traffic conditions.
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during transit.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while on the road.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Class 2 driver.
• Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate endorsements for flatbed operations.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
• Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local routes.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy items when required.
