Estimator /Quantity Surveyor Fit out - Hull

5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fit out or construction sector
Experience managing projects between 100k - 2.5m
Strong understanding of contracts, commercial reporting, and cost control
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in project budgeting and financial forecasting
Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and working collaboratively with site teams

Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts
Cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Management and valuation of variations
Procurement and negotiation of sub-contract packages
Site measurement and cost reporting
Producing monthly CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations)
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
Assisting in the preparation and review of contractual documentation
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets are met
Supporting project delivery teams with commercial advice and input
