We are working with a prominent and forward-thinking company in the modular construction and engineering sector. They are currently looking to bring a talented MEP Technician into their expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company that designs and delivers high-performance modular and relocatable buildings across multiple industries, offering consistent innovation and technical excellence.

As an MEP Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Producing detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Integrating systems such as HVAC, power distribution, solar energy, and plumbing into modular buildings, gatehouses, and rail equipment buildings (REBs).
• Ensuring full compliance with current safety standards and regulatory codes.
• Collaborating closely with customers to understand project needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Working with internal manufacturing teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Conducting detailed calculations to support design and installation specifications.

We are looking for an MEP Technician who has:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally experience with Revit or SolidWorks.
• A sound understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design.
• A relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, with a detail-focused, professional approach.
• The ability to manage their time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
