The responsibilities of the PCB Assembler will include:
• Soldering a wide range of PTH components to IPC or J-STD standards (Class 2 & 3)
• Using X-Ray inspection equipment to check solder joints
• Assembling simple cables, small mechanical builds and enclosures
• Programming and operating selective soldering and wave soldering machines
• Following build instructions and manufacturing drawings accurately
• Using the company s computer-based system to record production notes and log time
• Reporting quality issues and working closely with the quality manager to maintain standards

We are looking for a PCB Assembler who:
• Has experience soldering to IPC or J-STD standards (desirable)
• Is comfortable with a mix of manual assembly and operating soldering equipment
• Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality
• Can read and follow technical drawings and production documentation
• Has previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment
