Salary: 50,000 to 55,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused Generator Sales Engineer to drive sales within the Standby Power Industry. This role involves selling technical products and services, from simple generator applications to full turnkey packages, with the ultimate goal of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will identify new opportunities, develop client relationships, and provide after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential customers.
• Visit clients and provide quotes.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Interpret technical plans, specifications, and schematics.
• Create and submit sales and technical proposals.
• Articulate the value proposition of Bells Power Solutions products and services.
• Answer customer queries and technical issues.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.
• Arrange follow-up meetings to retain business and secure new sales.
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and technical expertise.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Represent Bells Power Solutions with professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and sales techniques.
• Present sales data to the Sales Director.
• Contribute as a collaborative team player.

Education & Experience:

• Exceptional academic background in technical engineering; technical qualifications are essential.
• Degree-level education and/or long proven experience relevant to the Standby Power Industry.
