Location: Civic Centre, ST4 1RN
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: GBP 33.24 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide support in the development and implementation of practice strategies within social and healthcare settings.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct risk assessments and contribute to child protection initiatives.
Engage in effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement in practice.
Manage and support staff to achieve organizational objectives.

Person Specification

Qualified professional with a minimum of three years post-qualifying experience in social and healthcare settings.
Registered with Social Work England and possess a valid registration number.
Proficient in IT and possess strong communication skills.
Experience in staff management and the ability to lead teams effectively.
Demonstrated ability to perform risk assessments and implement child protection measures.
Eligible to work in the UK with verified documentation.
