Architect

My client is an established architectural practice seeking a motivated and experienced Architect to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
• Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinate with consultants using Revit
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and planning policies
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and liaise with contractors and stakeholders
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery on time and on budget
• Contribute to the development of design proposals, presentations, and reports

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Architect with UK registration (ARB / RIBA)
• Demonstrable experience in running projects independently
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• A strong portfolio showcasing healthcare sector projects (NHS or private)
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
