What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a high-performing team and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture

• Driving operational excellence across all departments

• Managing budgets, P&L, and ensuring strong commercial performance

• Overseeing health & safety, compliance, and day-to-day standards

• Developing local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and engagement

• Ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class experience, every time

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in leisure, hospitality, or a similar high-footfall environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills

• Commercially savvy with hands-on financial management (P&L experience essential)

• Organised, results-driven, and great under pressure

• Confident managing change, solving problems, and driving performance
