Salary: Up to 35k basic OTE 40k

CMD Recruitment is proud to be working with a fast-growing brand based in Devizes, with a strong and expanding presence both nationally and internationally. We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join their energetic and ambitious team.

As Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new retail partners who align with the brand's values and goals. You'll also work to re-engage dormant accounts, offering tailored support to help maximise sales and drive long-term growth.

• Qualify new retail partner enquiries

• Proactively seek new business opportunities through calls, visits, networking, and client entertainment

• Onboard new customers in collaboration with area managers and senior project managers

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand market reach

• Manage and respond to daily trade enquiries

• Guide prospective partners through the onboarding process with a consultative approach

• Analyse event data for informed lead follow-up

• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with all leads, with a focus on high-priority prospects

• Confident and outgoing, with excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management

• Passionate about design and brand storytelling

• Proactive and commercially minded, with a hands-on approach to sales

• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, or professional networking

• Possess a valid, full UK driving licence

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
