Offering a fantastic reputation, our client provides comprehensive surveying services including, Valuation, L&T, property management, receivership, building consultancy and Agency . This firm are offering a highly unique opportunity for an OPRE expert from Senior Surveyor through to Director level where the selected candidate will be the most important hire that the business will make in this growing sector. Reporting into the Managing Director of Alternatives, you will have a team grown around you. The role is flexible regarding location and you can be based anywhere in the country. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a wide-ranging consultancy role this would include valuation, lease advisory and transactional work making this opportunity diverse and not siloed. Dependent on the experience the prospect brings they will have the opportunity to working on leisure/hospitality, education or healthcare properties UK wide, albeit with a slight focus on South East and Midlands area. You will be working with an array of client’s including major banks, private investors and groups, local authorities whilst being involved with some major frameworks, there is an incredibly diverse client base and work load to run at making the role exciting and no two days the same! ... You will be responsible for aiding the growth of the department, working with the national head who has a clear aim and desire to grow with the selected candidate being central to this. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED? * MRICS (ideally RRV) * Experience of OPRE * Ideally experience across consulting, but specialisms in valuation or landlord/tenant etc will be considered! * Willing to work across different OPRE assets or focus on growing vertical. * Professional, driven and a real interest to aid the growth of the business.
