Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

Novum Personnel is assisting recruiting for a talented Estimator/Quantity Surveyor A local Hull based Company. This dual role is key to the commercial success of our innovative interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.

What you ll do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and variations
• Collaborate with design and PM teams
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor costs, forecast spend, and ensure profitability

What we re looking for:

• Proven experience in estimating and QS (fit-out/construction)
• Strong understanding of materials, pricing & contracts (JCT/NEC)
• Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills
• Degree in QS, Construction Management or similar

Nice to have:

• RICS/CIOB membership
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices
