EYFS/KS1 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire

Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

We are seeking two enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Rushden, Northamptonshire . These full-time positions are available to start immediately or from September 2025 .

You will be supporting children in the EYFS and KS1 phases, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences. A key focus of the role will be providing targeted support to pupils with SEND , both in class and in small groups.

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting, ideally in EYFS/KS1

• A calm, positive and patient approach to supporting children with additional needs

• Ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils and staff

• A team player who is flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting all learners
