Vision for Education is currently recruiting Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Wellingborough . This role is ideal for those seeking flexible full-time or part-time work , with opportunities available for day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and longer-term support roles. You ll be assisting in the classroom, providing 1:1 and small group support, and helping to foster an inclusive, positive learning environment.

Requirements
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:

• A valid Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent

• Prior experience supporting pupils in a UK primary school

• A patient, reliable, and adaptable approach

• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff

• A clear understanding of safeguarding and classroom support strategies
