SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-time - Permanent

As a SEND Teaching Assistant , you'll support pupils with a range of complex learning needs, including:

• Severe or profound learning difficulties

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

• Physical or sensory challenges

Every pupil is unique, and you ll help them access a broad, balanced, and individualised curriculum that supports both learning and life skills.

• Prepare and support engaging classroom and outdoor learning activities

• Promote independence and inclusion in all areas of school life

• Provide physical and emotional care, tailored to each pupil s needs

• Be a key part of a nurturing, supportive, and collaborative team

• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

• A flexible, proactive, and caring attitude

• Confidence working across varied classroom settings, indoors and outdoors

• A genuine passion for helping young people thrive

• A driving license is essential for this position

Experience is welcome, but a positive mindset and willingness to learn are just as important. Full training will be provided.
