Trades Supervisor

R9 Recruitment are seeking a Voids Construction/Trades Supervisor to oversee voids contracts for a leading social housing maintenance Contractor Client based in Dartford. This temporary-to-permanent role runs Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Supervise contract operations and manage operative workloads.
• On board and Induct new starters
• Liaise with residents and address concerns.
• Maintain health and safety compliance on-site.
• Provide guidance and support to operatives to maximise efficiency.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project records.

Requirements:

• Social housing experience
• Trade background
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Supervisory experience with a maintenance/ construction client
• Clean DBS
