About the Role
This is a hands-on customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, positive environment and has a genuine passion for wellness. You ll be making coffees, smoothies, and organic juices, welcoming customers, keeping the space clean and beautiful, and contributing to a high-quality, uplifting customer experience.

This is a part-time position , working 3 4 shifts per week , including weekends . More hours may be available as we grow.

What You ll Do

• Prepare and serve barista-style coffee, matcha, teas, and juices to a high standard

• Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift

• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the space running smoothly

• Represent the brand and values

What We re Looking For

• Barista experience (coffee skills essential, matcha experience a bonus!)

• A love for healthy living, vibrant food, and natural wellness

• A friendly, helpful attitude and confidence engaging with customers

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Reliability and flexibility with availability (including weekends)

• The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment

• Food hygiene training (preferred, but not essential can be provided)
