Must Have's

• Previous experience in industrial stitching or a similar role
• Confident using industrial sewing machines
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have's

• Experience working on technical or bespoke manufacturing projects
• Knowledge of different fabrics and stitching techniques
• Familiarity with quality control processes

• Operating industrial sewing machines to produce stitched components
• Working alongside the manufacturing team on project-based work
• Following design specifications to ensure high-quality output
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a tidy work area
• Supporting team targets and production deadlines

Helpful extras

• This role would suit someone with a background in upholstery, textiles, or garment production
• A hands-on, can-do attitude will go a long way in this team
