- Multi Trade Plasterer carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on social housing stock
- Working across Leicestershire in tenanted properties
Client Details
- Large housing association based in the East Midlands
Description
- Repairs and maintenance in social housing (occupied properties)
- Primarily plastering repairs however will be required to complete other basic repairs including; joinery, decorating, plumbing
Profile
- Previous experience working in a similar role is required
- Ideally you will have relevant qualifications (NVQs or City & Guilds)
- Multi trade capabilities
- Own van and tools
Job Offer
- Long term temporary contract with the potential to become permanent
- 37.5 hours per week paid
