The Role & Candidate :

• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will thrive on the variety of caseloads at the practice.
• The role requires a flexible working pattern with two 8.5-hour shifts per week and 1:4 weekends incorporated into the 20.5 average hours per week.
• The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in out-of-hours duty night checks on a rota basis, offering additional financial rewards.
