We re working with a specialist residential contractor based in Farnham, and they re doing things properly: no cutting corners, no rushing jobs, no juggling 15 sites at once. Just bespoke, high-spec houses, built with care and delivered with pride.
What s the Role?
You ll be the Quantity Surveyor making sure these one-of-a-kind builds stay financially sharp from start to finish. You ll work closely with the Head of Commercial, helping to price up new projects, manage valuations, oversee cost plans, and keep everything in check through to final account.
You ll be in the office in Farnham a few days a week, with regular visits to some stunning sites across Surrey and nearby and once you're bedded in, there's flexibility to work from home too.

You're probably:

A Quantity Surveyor with 3 5 years of experience
