Your Role as a Graduate LSA:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support across a variety of subjects
• Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning challenges
• Work alongside teaching staff and the SENCO to adapt resources and strategies
• Help students build confidence and achieve academic progress
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive , and engaging learning environment

What We re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any subject considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, resilient , and proactive attitude
• Previous experience with young people is a bonus, but not essential
• A genuine passion for education and helping students thrive
