Site Manager

Site Manager Dublin Residential Our client is a €500m turnover, multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake large turnkey projects for blue-chip clientele, in Europe the focus is on Data Centres and similar tech-focussed projects. In Ireland they operate as more of a generalist main contractor working across a variety of industry sectors including healthcare / hospitals, residential, education and industrial. Due to a recent project win, our client is now seeking a Site Manager in Dublin. Responsibilities Coordinate External Works: Manage the delivery of all external works including landscaping, driveways, fencing, drainage, fa??ade finishes, and external services to meet design and program requirements. Subcontractor Supervision: Oversee and direct subcontractors involved in external trades, ensuring adherence to scope, safety standards, and project deadlines. Interface with Fitout and Structural Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate sequencing of works, minimize disruptions, and ensure a seamless integration of external elements with the building structure and internal fitout. Site Safety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure all external works comply with WHS regulations and environmental controls, including erosion control, waste management, and safe access around site boundaries. Quality Assurance & Handover Readiness: Conduct inspections of all external finishes and infrastructure to ensure a high-quality result, ready for final handover and compliance certifications. Requirements Must have 3+ years experience in a site Manager role Must have experience overseeing Externals packages in a Site Manager role Degree level qualification is preferred Benefits €65,000 - €80,000 + Benefits
